In order to make a strong, effective, and democratic union with the capacity to fight for our interests as ASEs, Postdocs, and Research Scientists, we are attempting to institute reforms in the following areas of our union:
- Communication (position paper)
- Training, Education, and Strategy (position paper)
- Democracy (position paper)
- Planning and Mobilization (position paper)
- Socialization (statement)

The best way to connect with us is to come to our weekly meetings Thursdays at 6pm in the Physics & Astronomy Building (PAB) B143. Our meetings are open to all who share our goals and are eligible for membership in UAW 4121.
